Returns must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Received by Muddy Bottom Mini Trucks within the return window.

Non-returnable items (may apply): final sale, customized items, damaged due to mishandling, or items without a receipt or order number.

Return window

Domestic returns: Within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Please contact us before returning to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Include a copy of the original receipt or order number.

Returned items must be in new or like-new condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

Refund method
